I’d never heard of a Nonabox until recently. The parent blogger world has certainly been hit by them. So what is it? Every month the lovely people over at Nonabox HQ put together a box full of quality products that have been specially selected for you that reflect you as a parent right from pregnancy all the way through to your baby’s second birthday.
It’s a subscription service and a bit like those food hampers that get delivered to your door. The goods inside the box will always be above the cost of the subscription itself. The cost is £24.95 a month/box but they have some great discounts if you choose to sign up for 3/6/12months.
I’ve been lucky enough to be allowed to review 3 months and ‘ve been quite excited about receiving my first Nonabox in September.
It arrived beautifully packaged as I’ve seen on other reviews. The box has been used to store P3s newborn babygros and will continue to be used as a memory box when her clothes out grow the box.
I’m not going to lie or try to sugar coat the situation, I was actually quite disappointed by the box. It seemed empty and not like others I’ve seen. But I’m not going to let it cloud my judgement on the first box.
Ella’s Kitchen Pouches – P2 is a huge fan of these so they were certainly very welcome! They make a fab snack for her now she’s older.
Snooze Baby – Sweet Dreaming Natural Brown Blankie – P2 had a taggie blanket when she was a baby so we’re giving this one to P3 and hope that she’ll love it too.
Green People Toothpaste – I haven’t heard of this brand before. The girls seem to love the toothpaste though.
MAM Feeding Spoons and Cover – I love this product. The little cover for the spoons is a great hygienic way of carrying feeding spoons around. With P2 eating and using proper cutlery these will get their use with P3 in 6 months time.
Shea Mooti Mama’s Everything Body Balm – Oh my gosh this smells and feels just so luxurious. This product is the one that nearly fills the subscription cost and I have to admit that it is pretty awesome!
Paper Shaker Discount Code – I don’t think it’s quite fair to include this when totally up the box, you have to spend money to gain the discount. But it’s made me aware of a company I hadn’t heard of before and will most likely use in the future.
I love the idea of the Nonabox and am really excited to receive my next two boxes.
(We have been sent this Nonabox free of charge for the purpose of the first in three reviews. However, all opinions and photos are of my own)
