P2 is now three months old and I think it’s about time that I start trying to get my body back to it’s pre pregnancy, ironing board state.
I’m breast feeding and I’m happy with my weight. I just want to tone up a bit more and maybe get rid of my flubby tummy. So yesterday I took part in a little bit of lounge exercise with Rosemary Conley’s ‘Real Results’ DVD.
Now the whole workout is meant to take around an hour. Pffft! Well I knew that I wouldn’t be able to complete each section back to back. I’d managed to get through the 7minute warm up and 23minute aerobic part before P2 just wasn’t interested with her playmat and watching me move about the lounge.
I fed her, made dinner, ate dinner, dished up my OHs dinner, waiting for mine to go down, then started the exercises again. Only this time P1 joined in with me! It was adorable. And after the DVD was completed she asked to do it again!!!!
The DVD is actually really good, quite easy really but I could really feel my muscles working and my temperature rising which is good!
My OH sneakily filmed us, I hope it doesn’t repulse you too much…
