Whilst walking along the outside of the theatre a man with a suitcase and tinted glasses was walking up there. It wasn’t until he was literally a metre from P1 that I realised who it was. Alan Fletcher! Better known as Karl Kennedy from Neighbours!!!
I was so excited. I’m not sure that I’ve ever been so close to a celebrity! I tweeted about it and then had to ring my hubby to tell him. Although was a little disappointed when he didn’t know who Alan was. I just wish I had the courage to get a photo or an autograph!
Anyway, moving on from my star struck state, the film Frozen was absolutely amazing!!! Some Disney films have been a little pants lately but Frozen was simply as magical as fairytales can get. I even quite like the fact that the man the princess fell in love with wasn’t the classic muscly, dark haired prince that it always is with Disney.
I was a little nervous about taking P1 to the cinema, the last time I went she was a nightmare! We’d been loads of times but that one time watching Tinkerbell was just dreadful. She didn’t sit still and ended up falling asleep!! Well, Frozen clearly captured her attention so much so she was laughing at points. I’ll certainly be taking her again, especially as a bottle of water and large popcorn only cost us £2.10!
