“The past three nights have been awful”

It seems that I’ve been fortunate enough to catch a cold right when both my girls have forgotten the meaning of sleep/bedtime. The past three nights have been awful.

It started with P2 waking every half hour-hour. Then it was P1 who was awake really early waking her sister up. These two sleepless nights meant my immune system has been down and it’s resulted in my having a runny nose and sore throat.

Last night was a mixture of both the girls. P2 awake at 11pm and then 2am. Then P1s face appearing at mine at 3am. Then P2 again at 3:30 with P1 still awake. Oh and then P2 again at 6:50, then P1 at flipping 7:30 waking her little sister up.

I seriously feel rubbish. My head is pounding and my nose won’t stop running. My throat hurts and I’m tired. All I need is some real sleep, you know something that’s not interrupted. Feeling low today.
