Orchard Toys Once Upon A Time Puzzle Review

I have loved Orchard Toys long before I was a parent myself. Becoming an ambassador for them this year has sort of been a bit of a life goal I suppose. I feel quite passionate about them and I know this is beginning to sound like I may need therapy. But it’s all true and thankfully my girls are sharing my views and I’m slowly getting Hubby on board too.

This time we’ve been sent the brand new Once Upon A Time puzzle. This was released in early September 2016 and it’s always super exciting to receive something so brand new. Inside the box there are six well loved storytime puzzles that are made up of just three puzzle pieces. The characters include: Goldilocks, Jack and the Beanstalk, Aladdin, Cinderalla, Dick Whittington and Red Riding Hood. As usual the puzzle is British made and the quality is just superb. Each piece is thick, super strong and is even wipe clean!

The puzzle is suitable for ages two years and above. I was really interested to see how P3 reacted to the puzzle and was pleasantly surprised when she really did give the puzzles a go. She needed some assistance the first time round as if I’m honest we don’t really have many puzzles at home like these. After she understood the concept she was so clever. P2 especially loved the puzzle pieces and decided that the Dick Whittington character was her favourite.

I created a little video of the girls putting their brains to use. The Once Upon A Time Puzzle helps to encourage observational skills, discussion, develops matching and memory skills and hand eye coordination. This puzzle costs just £7.50 which I think is brilliant value for such a good quality, lasting puzzle of fun and is out to buy online from today.
