With regards to our eating. We had a Hello Fresh box delivered on Monday which is full of fresh, healthy foods and recipes. It’s been really wonderful to cook a healthy, different meal to what we normal would. We had Hoisin Pork with wholemeal rice, yellow pepper and sugar snap peas on Monday, and Chicken Milanese with roasted New Potatoes and chives yesterday.

I had a bit of a pig day on Sunday so this week I should have been working it off. I went for one walk with P3 in the sling and brought back two heavy shopping bags too which certainly got my body working. I haven’t been working out as much as I could have this week to be honest.

I’m actually beginning to see a difference in my tummy although my legs and bum have far to go! They don’t seem to have changed a bit. Seeing the slight difference in my tummy is quite motivating and to physically be able to measure the inches coming off is great! I really need to push my motivation into working out more.
