Fisher-Price Feeding Range Review

P2 has always been a very independent eater and absolutely loves and embraces her food. As you all know, I’m a huge fan of Fisher-Price and was rather excited when they told me about their new feeding range being launched on 24th March! We’ve been putting some of the range to test.
DSC_1287The Learn-to-Hold spoons are brilliant!! They feature bending handles and are long enough to reach the bottom of food jars. I love these! P2 seemed really confused at first by the flexibility of her new spoons, but she soon got the hang of it and they are perfect for those moments when she’s learning to feed herself cereal.

The spoons are dishwasher safe, BPA free and suitable from 4 months! You can buy a pack of 4 of these spoons for just £5.99.

Another fantastic product we have tested is the Tote-Along Snacker. I’ve always been reluctant to use these types of pots when out and about, I think mainly because I couldn’t grasp the concept of it myself. There were a few moments of her hand getting stuck but she soon understood how to get her beloved Wotsit snacks out of it. The pot features a handle that when you click out becomes a carrying handle. This was really useful when little Miss Independent wanted to run off with her snacks. I love it, and I’m feeling a bit guilty on P1 for not allowing her to have the experience of a snacker like this when she was a baby. You can buy them for just £4.99.
DSC_1291Moving on to the 3-in-1 Spout Sippy Cup. We have mixed views on this one; hubby doesn’t like it, I love it. But I guess the opinion that’s most important is P2s and she loves it so I think the girls win that war hands down. The sippy cup has three stages to help the transition of bottle to cup. The first is a normal non-leak spout, this one is quite difficult to get juice out but P2 manages fine. The second stage has three holes, these leak and the flow is quite quick, P2 struggled with this despite the fact she can drink from a normal cup. The next stage is literally just a hole, this obviously leaks and P2 hasn’t tried this one yet. The cup is BPA free and dishwasher safe. You can buy one of these for £5.49.

DSC_1292Next is my favourite of all. The On-the-Go Fork and Spoon set. I’ve never seen anything like these before and think they are fantastic! Basically, it’s a normal baby fork and spoon, however, the handle comes off and can be replaced over the spoon and fork heads to keep from either getting dirty, or to keep the dirt inside when out and about. You can get your own set for just £2.99!

All of the Fisher-Price feeding range have very bright and bold colours. They are certainly attractive to the eye and very well thought out. The feeding range is just another reason I put my trust into Fisher-Price when buying for my kids!!!
