I have had my fair share of pushchairs in my eight years of parenting. But the Babyzen YOYO+ Stroller has literally blown my mind. It arrived to our door in a really small box compared to usual pushchairs that I wasn’t sure it actually was what it was.
We chose the white frame with the pink colour pack for our YOYO+. The colour pack arrived in a separate box to the actual stroller. It comes almost built, however we found the instructions for the other bits quite confusing to figure out. Eventually, it was done and it was simply stunning.
The Babyzen YOYO+ is a super compact stroller that folds down to the dimensions of plane hand luggage. The fold can be done with one hand. It has its own carry case and carrying strap too. The YOYO+ is suitable from birth up to 18kg which means that even my 8 year old could technically hitch a ride. The wheels are puncture proof and it has a five point harness too. The seat is comfortably padded and it has a three position canopy over the top of it.
We have a very similar stroller that we have used for about a year and love. But I was after something a little more compact. The YOYO+ has been so easy to use that its shocked me. I love the way it can be folded down so simply, and can then be carried on your shoulder without much effort. This is a great stroller for a busy family that either has to use public transport, travels a lot or generally just wants something nifty.
The stroller is easy to push and is slim to fit in gaps most strollers couldn’t. We effortlessly took in round a very busy Cadbury World, managed to go for a country walk, to the beach and normal shopping trips and school runs too. The YOYO+ is really sturdy for a slim and compact stroller.
We are really pleased with the Babyzen YOYO+ stroller. I think if I could change one thing it would be the handle, I’d need it a little bit shorter or so that it was adjustable. The Babyzen YOYO+ costs £369 and puts it in a very high price bracket for a stroller. I’m not sure it’s really worth that amount but is definitely a brilliant stroller that we now couldn’t be without. Here’s a little video of us using the YOYO+. Don’t forget to subscribe!
